Facility rentals
We have several types of spaces within our newly renovated building available for rent. Rooms are available separately or together with other spaces. Our building is fully wheelchair accessible, with an elevator to all three floors and to accessible washrooms. There is free street parking and multiple buses (49, R & 29) stopping within a block of the church. If you are interested in renting, please contact our office for availability and pricing.
Sanctuary
The sanctuary is a beautiful space to host special ceremonies, concert or other gatherings. The space includes a full sound system and an organ and grand piano. The sanctuary seats up to 140 people with pew seating.
Lower Hall
The newly renovated Lower Hall holds 100 people with theatre seating or 75 seated with tables and chairs. The kitchen and bathrooms are located on the same level and the hall has separate entrances to East 41st Avenue and St. Margarets Street. Tables and chairs are available for use in this space.
Kitchen
Our new commercial grade kitchen is located off the lower hall, and is fully equipped for catering and food preparation.
There are two large islands; appliances include a gas stove, oven, large fridge, microwave, freezer and dishwasher.
Upper Hall
This multi-purpose hall holds 100 people with theatre seating in the main auditorium, with a stage for entertainment and a separate entrance off East 41st Street. Downstairs washrooms can be accessed by stairs or elevator. Tables and chairs are available for use in this space.
Meeting Room
This small room is connected to the upper hall and is perfect for small groups ( up to eight people). There are a couch, chairs and a piano. This room is usually included in the rental of the Upper Hall.
