Chair Yoga - Lenten Fundraiser

This Wednesday, Mary Vickars will be hosting chair yoga as part of a fundraiser for the Lenten Project.


Donation fee: $10-20


Mary has been teaching yoga for 23 years. If you have a yoga mat please bring it. Part of the class will include some standing using the chair for balance and support. If you would like to attend please reach out directly to Mary, the church office or the wardens.
